Asymmetry

I found this dress at H&M on sale, for about $20. Usually I know H&M pretty well, occasionally better than some of the employees there… but I had never seen this dress before. I was immediately drawn to it, not only because of the greenish yellow color, but also because of all the unique asymmetry it has. 
The slit and pocket are on opposing sides, you almost never see a garment with a pocket on only one side.  The slit is perfect with the length, which is a classy, but allows for a pop of leg. However, the fact that the two sides of the slit aren’t hemmed at the same length might be my favorite part. It’s a very simple dress but with slight tweaks that make it completely complex and original.  
Shorter post today, I’m going to up to Palo Alto before work and I need to pick out what I will wear. :)
