DIY Skull Shirt

I saw an awesome skull shirt on Chiara Ferragni of The Blonde Salad the other day and I realize pretty much everything she owns is completely out of my budget, but it was so simple to make so I decided why not? I went to Forever 21 and picked up a shirt with a large back. I hope you are all excited to see it. I will post pictures of how it turned out in a couple hours.
