Lake Cunningham Skate Park
On Saturday we went to Lake Cunningham Skate Park to watch the all girls competition. It was so cool to see how talented all the skaters were, they ranged in age from 7 to upwards of fifty, and they could all do things I could never even attempt. The facility was awesome, basically over an acre of concrete that allows for hours of entertainment, exercise and some extreme talent honing. Who knew strategically placed cement could do so much?
The fashion lesson for the day? Don’t put anything in the pockets of slouchy sweaters; it looks incredibly awkward in the pictures later.
