An Ode to Christopher Kane

I originally became smitten with the galaxy as a child, sticking glow-in-the-dark stars above my bed as far as my arms could reach. My love became reaffirmed when I saw Christopher Kane’s 2011 collection where he used an assortment of galaxy prints throughout his collection of dresses, jackets and jewelry.
The galaxy print became more and more popular throughout fashion websites, and as it did so it also became more affordable. I bought this dress on Romwe.com, my secret online shopping site.
What I absolutely love about this dress is the asymmetric cut. It leaves for a world of different ways to style it. (No pun intended

We are going on a boat for the weekend so I felt these pictures were appropriate. It was so much fun being on location here. Although, I did get a few sideways glances from some fishermen as we walked by. I don’t blame them, it isn’t everyday you see someone walking on a beach in OTK boots.
