Back to Color Block

april18-35

I’ve always loved the combination of neon yellow/green and blue. When the color block trend first came into style over a year ago, my first instinct was to wear yellow shorts and a blue top. So here we are, a year later back to the original idea. Sometimes it works like that; you end up right back where you started but with a better perspective on things.
Someone asked me recently an easy way to cuff pants so I wanted to share that the most convenient way to make sure your cuffs are equal is to use the length of your thumb to measure them. Depending on the length, I often will just fold my pants over my thumbs all the way to where the digit reaches my hand and it creates the perfect length.
ps. I just wanted to clarify from the scuba inspired post a couple days ago. The shirt reminded me of a wet suit for two reasons. The color, and the shape which is similar to neoprene, what wetsuits are made of, because it holds shape better than most other fabrics.
