Cords

Cords
Whenever I think of corduroy I can’t help but think of the book with the bear missing the button on his green overalls; remember that one? I can’t say that I have owned anything corduroy in at least 15 years,  until now, that is. Corduroy has been everywhere this season, and how could I not partake in the trend?  Corduroy is not only fashionable now but has always been considered a durable textile. I prefer the wales (or vertical cords of tiber) being smaller but larger wales could definitely add a unique twist to the look.
BDG Jeans, from Urban Outfitters are also one of my favorite brands of jeans. They come in various lengths, colors and textiles and always fit perfectly. I could swear, if the traveling pants from the sisterhood did exist they would probably be BDG. I have four pairs I have collected over the years, –but that’s just me.

ps. I am thinking a corduroy blazer would be pretty awesome too!

Yeah, a corduroy blazer would be pretty cool! I considered buying a pair of colored corduroy jeans (or pants?) several times this fall, but I just never got around to it. Perhaps next season.

Great look by the way. Effortlessly boho.
