The Boots Were Made for Walkin’

Yes, it may be a cliche title, but ever since Jessica Simpson’s starred in Dukes of Hazzard so many years ago, red boots have been a must have for me; –think powerful, lead woman symbols. The idea got put on the back burner for quite sometime, until a couple weeks ago, when Courtney, Footloose, and a little bit of wine convinced me that it’s about time to suck it up and purchase these lovely suckers. And I must say, the floral stitching and scalloped edges make up for the time lost.

 I may or may not have worn these three out of the past six days I have had them. Hey, you can’t say I’m not getting my use out of them.
